Bills QB Allen Vows to Limit Turnovers for Offensive Turnaround

As the Buffalo Bills search for answers to their offensive woes, quarterback Josh Allen believes he has identified the key issue - turnovers. Following the team's embarrassing Week 10 defeat at the hands of the Miami Dolphins, Allen faced a barrage of questions about the Bills' offensive performance.

However, the Bills QB is confident that the solution lies in taking better care of the football. "Turnovers are part of the game, they're going to happen," said Allen. "But you know, limiting them and doing whatever we can to make sure that we're doing everything in our power to end every drive in a kick."

The numbers back up Allen's assessment. In the Bills' three losses this season, they have been minus-5 in the turnover battle (8-3). Conversely, in their six wins, they have been plus-7 (1-8). It's a clear trend that suggests the Bills' success hinges on winning the turnover battle.

Despite already surpassing their giveaway total from the 2024 season, Allen remains confident that the Bills have the leadership and experience to get back on track. "With the vets in this locker room and the leadership that we have of just making sure that hey, let's wash it, let's let's get back on track, let's have a good week of practice," he said.

If the Bills can indeed clean up their turnover issues, Allen believes they will return to being the high-powered, 30-points-scoring offense they were known for. The team's ability to do so will be crucial as they look to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals for the 2025 season.
