Summary
- Embiid expressed anger over being ruled out of a game.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid expressed significant frustration with the team's management, specifically targeting president of basketball operations Daryl Morey. The star player was unhappy about being ruled out of a midweek game against the Washington Wizards, a decision he claims was made without his input.
Embiid stated he was angry and blindsided by the mandate to sit, particularly as he felt much better after a recent illness.
