Jacob Misiorowski is showcasing a remarkable pitching performance, redefining what's possible on the mound. His recent outings have been nothing short of dominant, with an exceptional run over his last five starts.

In May, Misiorowski pitched 31 1/3 innings, allowing just one earned run. He amassed an impressive 49 strikeouts while limiting hits and walks, resulting in a minuscule 0.29 ERA and 0.54 WHIP.

What sets Misiorowski apart is his extraordinary velocity and its sustained output. Against the Cardinals, he became the first pitcher in the pitch-tracking era to throw 50 pitches exceeding 100 mph, with 57 reaching that mark.
