The Iowa women's basketball program recently hosted four highly-touted recruits during the Hawkeyes football team's season-opening game. This event provided an opportunity for prospective student-athletes to experience the campus atmosphere and connect with the coaching staff.
Among the visitors was Sienna Williams, a 6-foot-3 forward from Louisville, Colorado, in the class of 2027. Williams, ranked nationally and the top 2027 player in Colorado, took an official visit to Iowa. She has narrowed her considerable offers down to six schools, including Iowa.
Additionally, three players from the 2028 class made unofficial visits. Bridget Fitzgerald, a 6-foot-2 small forward from St. Louis, Missouri, and Logan Miller, a 6-foot-4 forward from Andover, Minnesota, were in attendance. Kinsley Ketterhagen, a 6-foot-1 shooting guard from Oostburg, Wisconsin, also visited. All four recruits represent significant future talent for the Hawkeyes.
