IndyCar Rain Race Chaos: Schedule Shifts Again!

IndyCar has once again adjusted its schedule for the Milwaukee Mile doubleheader due to persistent rain. The first race, the Snap-On Makers and Fixers 250, will not resume as originally planned on Sunday morning. Instead, it will be pushed back to approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The second race, the Snap-On Milwaukee Mile 250, is now set to begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, before the conclusion of the first race. This revised order aims to manage the weather disruptions affecting the weekend.
This is the second IndyCar race this season to experience weather-related delays, following the Music City Grand Prix. Pato O'Ward is currently leading the first race, having won at the Milwaukee Mile in 2024. The National Weather Service predicts continued showers and thunderstorms in West Allis, Wisconsin, until mid-afternoon.
