IHSAA Soccer Brackets Revealed for State Title Chase

The IHSAA boys soccer postseason draw has been finalized, with all teams discovering their first-round sectional opponents. Sectional tournaments are set to commence on Tuesday, October 6, and will continue until Saturday, October 10. The subsequent regional semifinals will be played on Thursday, October 15, with regional championships taking place on Saturday, October 17.
Further competition includes the semi-states on Saturday, October 24. The ultimate culmination of the season, the IHSAA boys and girls soccer state finals, will be held on Friday and Saturday, October 30-31, at the Michael Carroll Track and Soccer Stadium on the campus of IU Indianapolis.
Three East Central Indiana teams enter the postseason as reigning sectional champions: Delta and New Castle in Class 2A, and Muncie Burris in Class 1A. However, Muncie Burris now competes in Class 2A and will face Delta and other local schools in their sectional. Delta secured their first title since 2016, New Castle their first since 2019, and Muncie Burris their fourth consecutive championship.
