Eighteen-year-old Helena Crevar, a prodigious talent in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, is preparing for her ONE Championship debut scheduled for Friday. With aspirations of securing multiple championship accolades by the end of 2026, Crevar has mapped out an impressive trajectory for her career. She began her martial arts journey at a very young age, dedicating herself to grappling.

Her path led her to Texas at age 15, where she began training with acclaimed coach John Danaher and legendary grappler Gordon Ryan. This pivotal decision was supported by her parents, who relocated with her so she could pursue her ambitious goals. Crevar had already been studying their techniques through online instructionals before meeting them.

Having earned her black belt, Crevar continually refines her skills, expressing constant improvement under the tutelage of Danaher and Ryan. As she enters the adult divisions in 2025 and targets a ONE Championship title in 2026, she also embraces her growing influence.
