Daniels & Johnson Return: Hawks Face Hornets

The Atlanta Hawks will face the Charlotte Hornets for the fourth and final time this season, just before the All-Star break. Both Jalen Johnson and Dyson Daniels have returned to the Hawks' starting lineup for this crucial matchup after missing their previous game.

This return bolsters the Hawks' lineup as they aim to secure a win against a Hornets team that has already bested them twice this season. A victory for Charlotte would grant them the head-to-head tiebreaker over Atlanta in the standings.

The Hawks' offensive prowess has been highlighted by their exceptional assist numbers. They are tied for the most games with 30 or more assists in the NBA this season, marking 35 such performances.

Individually, Nickeil Alexander-Walker has been a standout performer, achieving a career-high 10 assists in a recent game against Charlotte. He is also averaging career bests in points and assists this season, demonstrating significant growth.

Other notable performances include Zaccharie Risacher's efficient scoring against Charlotte, and Onyeka Okongwu's contributions with points and three-pointers in recent games.
