This significant move comes as the club also announces the recruitment of Robbie Deans, the former head coach of Australia, to the position of performance director, starting next season.
Additionally, Rob Hunter, formerly of Exeter Chiefs, has been appointed as the forwards coach. This experienced coaching trio is tasked with the critical objective of improving the team's performance. The club currently sits second from the bottom in the league standings, having recently suffered their sixth consecutive defeat.
