Giannis Antetokounmpo has significantly expanded his real estate portfolio, investing around $70 million in apartment buildings. These acquisitions, managed by his family company Ante, encompass 186 units spread across Wisconsin, Brooklyn, and Chicago. The buying spree began in October 2025 with a $11.75 million purchase in Shorewood, Wisconsin. Subsequent deals included properties in Madison, Wisconsin, and a substantial $25.2 million acquisition in Brooklyn. A $21 million investment in Chicago followed, bringing the total close to $69.6 million for five buildings.
In addition to these multi-unit properties, Antetokounmpo personally acquired a $13.5 million mansion in Pinecrest, Florida, in early September. This luxury home features eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and spans nearly 12,000 square feet, situated on over an acre. The purchase was below the asking price of $16.3 million. Pinecrest is a popular location for NBA players due to its privacy and proximity to private schools, with other notable players like Tyler Herro and Jeff Green also owning property there.
