The historic Deep South's Oldest Rivalry is set for another chapter this Saturday, with Georgia hosting Auburn in Athens. This matchup continues a significant trend in recent history, as the Georgia Bulldogs have dominated the series, boasting a nine-game winning streak over the Auburn Tigers. This impressive run began with the 2017 SEC Championship game.
Auburn enters the contest having had a bye week, potentially giving them an advantage. However, securing a victory in Athens against a strong Georgia team is a formidable task, especially as the Bulldogs are fresh off an emotional win against Alabama. The game is scheduled for Saturday, October 17th, with kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET from Sanford Stadium.
Fans eager to follow the action have multiple viewing options. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN, with Dave Pasch, Dusty Dvoracek, and Taylor McGregor providing commentary.
