Everton manager David Moyes has stated that the decision regarding midfielder Harrison Armstrong's potential return on loan to Preston North End will be finalized after the team's away match against Brighton. Armstrong, a 19-year-old talent, initially joined Preston last summer and became a key player, helping them compete for a playoff spot in the Championship.
Recalled by Everton in January due to first-team injuries and AFCON absences, Armstrong has since made three starts for the Toffees. Moyes acknowledged keeping regular contact with Preston's CEO Peter Ridsdale and manager Paul Heckingbottom concerning Armstrong's situation. The Everton boss praised the young player, noting he has "not looked out of place in the Premier League."
