Journalist Harry Watkinson reported that Premier League sides Hull City, Ipswich Town, and Coventry City are interested in the 23-year-old. Iroegbunam joined Everton in the summer of 2024 from Aston Villa for £9m, signing a three-year contract. He made 29 appearances for Everton in the recent Premier League season, providing two assists.
Interest in Iroegbunam also emerged during the winter transfer window from Italian clubs Lazio and AC Milan, though no concrete move materialized. With the midfielder now entering the final year of his contract, his future at Everton is uncertain, although the club is not actively seeking to sell.
Meanwhile, Everton is strengthening its squad by reaching an agreement with Arsenal to sign midfielder Christian Norgaard, who found game time limited at his previous club. Additionally, Everton is pursuing a deal with Celtic for Canadian international full-back Alistair Johnston.
