Furthermore, Clayton claims Elaine has since refused to disclose any details about the estate, effectively excluding her from the process.
Elgin Baylor, a revered figure in basketball, was the No. 1 overall NBA draft pick in 1958. He enjoyed a celebrated 14-season career with the Los Angeles Lakers and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in the sport's history. Elaine Baylor has not yet formally responded to the legal petition.
