Donyell Malen has officially left Aston Villa, concluding his one-year tenure to embark on a loan spell with Italian club AS Roma. The transfer includes an option for Roma to acquire Malen on a permanent basis for a reported fee of £21.6 million, contingent upon certain conditions being met.
This move could trigger a significant player reshuffle, with speculation mounting that AS Roma's Tammy Abraham might return to Aston Villa. Abraham, who previously had a successful loan spell at Villa Park, is currently on loan at Turkish side Besiktas.
