9 Mar
Summary
- Dodgers cut 12 players with only two weekends left in Arizona camp.
- Players sent to Triple-A or Minor League camp remain eligible for Spring Training games.
- Dodgers still have 53 players in big league camp, excluding injured players.

As spring training nears its end in Arizona, the Los Angeles Dodgers have reduced their roster by 12 players following a recent loss. Ryan Ward and Ronan Kopp are headed to Triple-A Oklahoma City, while several other prospects, including Josue De Paula, are reassigned to Minor League camp. All these players retain eligibility for remaining Spring Training games.
The Dodgers' Major League camp now features 53 players, comprising 27 pitchers and 26 position players, with two additional players on the 60-day injured list. Notable prospect Josue De Paula has shown promise, batting .375 in Cactus League play. Other players like Jackson Ferris and Lucas Wepf also had brief appearances. Many of the reassigned players are pitchers who had mixed results during their limited innings.
Several pitchers with MLB experience, such as Wyatt Mills and Jordan Weems, were also among those sent to Minor League camp. Meanwhile, Canadian native Lucas Wepf pitched two scoreless innings. The team continues to evaluate its roster ahead of the upcoming season.
