Coventry Seals Late Win Against Millwall

Coventry maintained their position at the top of the league with a dramatic 2-1 victory over Millwall, marking their second consecutive win.

Former Millwall winger Romain Esse put Coventry ahead against his old club early in the match. However, Millwall equalized with a spectacular strike from Mihailo Ivanovic.

Haji Wright scored the decisive goal for Coventry, his second in three days, securing a vital three points. Manager Frank Lampard commended his team's spirit and quality, despite a challenging game against a strong Millwall side.

Millwall manager Alex Neil felt his team let slip crucial opportunities during a promising second-half spell. He expressed frustration that missed chances in the lead-up to Coventry's winning goal ultimately decided the tight contest.
