Colts' Wohler Set for Training Camp Return

Indianapolis Colts' second-year safety Hunter Wohler is nearing a full return to the field following a serious Lisfranc injury. The injury occurred last summer during a preseason game, leading to surgery and a placement on injured reserve for his entire rookie season.

Wohler described the recovery as a challenging but progressing process. While not confirming availability for June minicamps, he expressed strong confidence in being ready for the start of training camp. His return adds depth and competition to the Colts' safety position.

Prior to his injury, Wohler had been noted for his potential to secure the third safety role, impressing coaches with his ability to be in the right place at the right time. The team remains optimistic about his capacity to contribute significantly this year.
