Claire Williams: Why Aren't There More Female F1 Team Bosses?

Claire Williams, who departed her role as Formula 1 team boss nearly six years ago, remains a prominent figure in the sport. She is one of only two women in F1's history to have led a team, operating as the de facto principal of the Williams team before its sale in 2020.
