Jones, currently listed at 315 pounds, stated he has not carried that weight for approximately a decade and wishes for his profile to be updated to 295 pounds. He believes this adjustment aligns better with his current physique and contributes to maintaining his health and physical performance over a demanding NFL season. Jones highlighted the physical benefits of managing his weight, particularly for his knees and overall body, as crucial for longevity.

Reflecting on his own journey and inspired by teammate Josh Simmons, Jones emphasized the importance of staying in optimal shape.
