Chiefs Bring Back Super Bowl Champ Ogbah

The Kansas City Chiefs continue to fortify their squad by bringing back familiar faces. Defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah has signed a one-year contract with the team, returning after previously contributing to their Super Bowl victory in 2020. This signing follows a six-season stint in Florida, where Ogbah played for the Dolphins and most recently the Jaguars.

Ogbah's return strengthens the defensive line, where he is expected to play alongside Felix Anudike-Uzomah and on the opposite side of star George Karlaftis. Known for his impactful pass-rushing abilities, Ogbah is likely to be utilized in critical third-down situations. This move is the second instance of the Chiefs signing a former champion to a league-minimum deal in recent months, following L'Jarius Sneed's contract.
