17 Nov
Summary
- Chelsea's 34-game unbeaten run ends in draw with Liverpool
- Arsenal create chances but fail to capitalize against Tottenham
- Leicester set unwanted record with 21 games without a WSL win

On November 6th, 2025, Chelsea's quest for a third consecutive Women's Super League (WSL) title hit a roadblock as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Liverpool. Despite taking an early lead through Alyssa Thompson, Chelsea were unable to find a winner, with Liverpool's solid defensive display earning them a point.
The result means Chelsea have now dropped points in two of their first nine games, leaving them three points behind league leaders Manchester City. Arsenal, meanwhile, continued their recent struggles, failing to score in a 0-0 draw against north London rivals Tottenham. Despite dominating possession and creating numerous chances, the Gunners were unable to find the back of the net.
Elsewhere, Leicester City set an unwanted record, extending their winless run in the WSL to 21 games, the longest such streak in the league's history. The Foxes' 4-1 defeat at Brighton on November 12th saw them surpass the previous record held by Yeovil Town.
