Chelsea Seeks to Defend Domestic Treble in 2025-26 Campaign
25 Jul
Summary
- Sonia Bompastor's emphatic start to life in West London last season
- Chelsea to face Manchester City on opening day, then no other top-5 finishers until October
- Three straight London derbies in late October and early November

Chelsea's manager Sonia Bompastor is aiming to repeat her team's domestic treble success from last season as they prepare for the 2025-26 campaign. The Blues will make an emphatic start to the new season, facing off against Manchester City on the opening day.
After that initial clash, Chelsea will not meet another of last season's top five finishers until they travel to Leigh in October to face Manchester United. However, that outing is followed by three straight London derbies, with Tottenham and newly promoted London City Lionesses visiting Stamford Bridge in late October and early November, before the Blues make the trip to the Emirates to take on Arsenal.
Chelsea will play four times at their home ground next season, with the matches against London City and Arsenal taking place at Stamford Bridge, in addition to the season finale against Manchester United.
