Celta Vigo and Osasuna Clash in Crucial La Liga Showdown

This weekend, La Liga action returns as Celta Vigo travel to face Osasuna at the Estadio el Sadar on Sunday. Both teams have had mixed fortunes so far this season and will be eager to secure a crucial victory.

Celta Vigo currently find themselves in 18th place in the La Liga standings, struggling to make an impact. However, the Galician side did manage to edge out Nice 2-1 in the Europa League earlier this week, which should give them a boost of confidence heading into this fixture. Veteran striker Iago Aspas has been exceptional for Celta Vigo and will be expected to lead the charge against Osasuna.

Osasuna, on the other hand, are in 13th place in the league table but have been inconsistent over the past year. The hosts suffered a 1-0 defeat against Atletico Madrid in their previous outing and will need to be at their best to bounce back this weekend. Celta Vigo are the better team at the moment and hold the upper hand going into this crucial La Liga encounter.
