His father, Blair Beck, noted the overwhelming support from across the province. Celebrations are planned for Carnduff's local ball diamond, the same place Carter honed his skills. Despite the family's hour-long drives for practice, Blair emphasized the importance of pursuing opportunities at the highest level.

Beck, who played summer ball for the Saskatoon Berries in 2024 and 2025, is expected to report to the Atlanta organization soon. His father offered a message of perseverance to young athletes, advising them to focus on hard work and not be discouraged by external factors.
