Canucks Bolster Staff with Hockey Strategy Hires

The Vancouver Canucks have announced two significant additions to their hockey operations. Ryan Stewart has been appointed as the new Director of Hockey Strategy & Player Evaluation, a role previously nonexistent within the organization. He brings extensive NHL experience, having served in various capacities with the Chicago Blackhawks from 2006 to 2022, including Assistant General Manager, and most recently as a Senior Advisor in Pro Personnel for the San Jose Sharks.

Complementing Stewart's arrival is the hiring of Adam Sergerie as a Pro Scout. Sergerie's background includes significant leadership roles, having been the General Manager for the Sherwood Park Crusaders (AJHL and BCHL) and Director of Scouting for the Penticton Vees (WHL). These strategic hires underscore the Canucks' commitment to investing in key areas to support their ongoing rebuild and development phase.
