Browns Rookie Unfazed by QB Uncertainty

Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Denzel Boston has shrugged off questions about the team's ongoing quarterback competition. Boston, a second-round draft pick, emphasized that he is not paying attention to which quarterbacks are receiving reps. His focus remains solely on performing to the best of his ability for whoever throws him the ball during practice sessions.

Boston, who played college football at the University of Washington, revealed that he has become accustomed to unstable quarterback situations. He stated that he has experienced different quarterbacks throwing to him every year since high school, making the current scenario less impactful on his game. Despite acknowledging that different throwing styles can be a factor, Boston's priority is simply to "ball" and make plays for the Browns.

Despite Watson having an edge for the starting role, head coach Todd Monken might defer the decision until preseason. Watson is currently receiving more first-team reps as he enters the final year of his guaranteed contract, while Sanders has shown promise. Boston, however, remains focused on his own performance rather than the quarterback dynamics.
