Broncos Unveil $175M Facility: Future of Football Here!

The Denver Broncos have unveiled their new $175 million headquarters, a project focused on creating a unified and efficient environment for all team personnel. This state-of-the-art facility consolidates nearly all employees under one roof, enhancing daily operations and positioning the Broncos as a destination franchise.

This initiative was a primary goal of the Walton-Penner ownership group, aiming to attract top players and coaches. The 240,000-square-foot complex features advanced amenities, including a cryotherapy room, zero-gravity bed, and ample sleep pods within its expansive training facilities. The locker room is now five times larger, accommodating the full roster with 102 lockers.

The second floor serves as the football nerve center, housing offices for coaching, personnel, and scouting staff, alongside dedicated draft preparation spaces. Integrated hallways ensure efficient movement between departments. The third floor accommodates 85 business employees previously located at the stadium, featuring various business departments, an employee fitness center, and a golf simulator.

Embodying a "player path" philosophy, the design ensures seamless access between parking, locker rooms, training areas, and indoor practice facilities, a marked improvement over the old complex's layout. The building's design also incorporates local Colorado aesthetics and nods to the franchise's history, creating a unique and inspiring workplace. The previous facility is slated for demolition during the current season, making way for a berm for future training camp viewing areas. The new complex is seen as a significant investment in the team's future success and culture.
