Utah is among the 10 finalists for Bode Sparrow, a top prospect in the 2027 football recruiting class from Kaysville, Utah.
Sparrow, a four-star recruit, received over two dozen offers and is ranked nationally as the No. 74 recruit and the No. 5 athlete in his class. His athleticism and speed make him a dynamic two-way player.
During his junior season at Davis High School, Sparrow achieved first-team 6A honors. He recorded 83 receptions for 1,218 yards and 16 touchdowns. Defensively, he added 71 tackles, seven interceptions (two for touchdowns), and 6.5 tackles for loss.
He has visited several of his top choices, including in-state schools Utah and BYU, as well as Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Oregon. In-state recruiting is a priority for Utah, which is also pursuing other top Utah prospects.
