The Buffalo Bills are showing interest in Oregon wide receiver Malik Benson ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft. Benson, a 6-foot, 190-pound speedster, is scheduled for a predraft workout with the team. He possesses the dynamic playmaking ability the Bills have sought.
In his final collegiate season with Oregon in 2025, Benson recorded 43 receptions for 719 yards, averaging an impressive 16.7 yards per catch and scoring six touchdowns. His athletic profile includes a 4.37-second 40-yard dash and exceptional fluidity shown during drills.
Beyond his receiving skills, Benson is also an explosive punt returner, averaging 17.9 yards per return with a touchdown last season. He has expressed eagerness to contribute on special teams in the NFL, both as a return specialist and on coverage units.
Benson is projected to be a Day 3 selection in the upcoming draft. The Bills currently hold seven draft picks, including five on the third day. Drafting Benson could allow current receiver Khalil Shakir to focus exclusively on the passing game.
