Bill Callahan has been announced as the new offensive line coach for the Atlanta Falcons, confirming expectations following Kevin Stefanski's appointment as head coach. The two coaches share a history, having worked together with the Cleveland Browns from 2020 through 2023 where Callahan also directed the offensive line.
Callahan's departure from the Browns in 2025 occurred after he was released from his contract to join his son, Brian, with the Tennessee Titans. However, Bill Callahan also left the Titans midway through the 2025 season following his son's dismissal.
With a long career in the NFL, Bill Callahan previously led the Raiders to their most recent Super Bowl appearance at the conclusion of the 2002 season. His coaching experience also spans stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, Dallas Cowboys, and Washington.
