Everton's Beto Suffers Concussion, Sidelines for West Ham Match

Everton striker Beto will miss the upcoming match against West Ham United following a concussion. The 28-year-old forward sustained a head injury during the recent 2-1 defeat to Liverpool. Manager David Moyes confirmed Beto's unavailability for Saturday's fixture.

Compounding Everton's injury woes, defender Jarrad Branthwaite has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a hamstring problem. Moyes expressed concern over Branthwaite's recurring hamstring issues.

Beto's absence may see Thierno Barry return to the starting lineup. Barry, who joined Everton last summer, has not started a Premier League game since February 23.

Moyes also provided an update on promising youth striker Braiden Gordon, who has been prolific in youth competitions. The manager believes Gordon has potential but requires further development before reaching the first-team level.
