Live & Louder, a recently launched sports streaming platform, has acquired the broadcast rights for top-tier Australian cricket in the Caribbean and Latin America. This agreement will extend across two seasons for the Caribbean audience and one campaign for Latin America.
The rights package encompasses all men's and women's international fixtures hosted in Australia, alongside the popular Big Bash League (BBL) and Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) Twenty20 competitions. Every match will be accessible through Live & Louder's linear channel and its digital and mobile app.
This expansion into new territories is strategically timed, capitalizing on the strong interest from the Caribbean, where many players feature in the BBL and WBBL. Cricket Australia's head of legal, commercial, and media rights expressed pleasure in enabling fans to watch their home favorites.
Live & Louder, which commenced operations in July, has a focus on cricket and previously partnered with the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). Its portfolio includes rights to other global franchise leagues.
