Anthony Davis, a seasoned NBA star, is rumored to be on the move again. A significant mock trade proposal involves him joining the Philadelphia 76ers, a move that could instantly elevate them to championship contender status.
In Philadelphia, Davis would likely become the third scoring option behind Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid. However, his rebounding prowess would be a major asset, surpassing the team's current leader. This potential trade also impacts the Dallas Mavericks, who acquired Davis in 2024 as part of a major player swap.
The Mavericks would reportedly receive multiple draft picks and players, including Jared McCain and Paul George, in the proposed deal. This move signals a continued rebuild for Dallas, aiming to integrate young talent and veteran leadership.
