All-American Lineman Elija Harmon Gears Up for Top College Visits

Elija Harmon, a standout 2027 defensive tackle from Inglewood, California, is gearing up for a pair of high-profile college visits in the coming weeks. The 6-foot-3, 280-pound All-American has already accumulated over 20 scholarship offers from elite programs, including Auburn, Florida, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, and Stanford.

Harmon is set to visit USC on August 30th when the Trojans take on Missouri State, and then he will head to Norman, Oklahoma on September 6th to see the Sooners host Michigan. The talented lineman is eager to experience the atmospheres at both schools and get a firsthand look at their defensive schemes.

"My relationship with USC is amazing," Harmon said. "I've been in constant communication with their staff since they offered me in June, and they make it known that they want me to be the centerpiece of their 2027 recruiting class." Harmon is also excited about his connection with Oklahoma, especially since the Sooners recently hired former UCLA Bruins Director of Player Personnel Stacey Ford, who had been recruiting Harmon previously.
