As the All Blacks prepare for their second Rugby Championship test against Argentina in Buenos Aires, they have been dealt a blow with injuries to key players. Lock Patrick Tuipulotu and center Anton Lienert-Brown both sustained head injuries in the first test in Cordoba, where the All Blacks won 41-24.
Tuipulotu made an impact off the bench in the second half, but was later taken to the hospital after the match due to his head injury. His involvement in the remainder of the Rugby Championship is now in doubt. Lienert-Brown also suffered a head knock when he collided with Argentina center Santiago Chocobares, leading to him being sin-binned.
New Zealand head coach Scott Robertson acknowledged the team's misfortune with injuries, particularly to Tuipulotu, who he described as a valuable presence both on and off the field. However, the All Blacks have depth in their squad, with options like Josh Lord, Samipeni Finau, Quinn Tupaea, and Timoci Tavatavanawai available to fill the void.

The team will also welcome back backrower Wallace Sititi and prop Tamaiti Williams, who have recovered from their own injuries. Robertson noted that their fitness and availability will be crucial, though they may have managed minutes to ease them back into action.
Despite the setbacks, the All Blacks will be determined to bounce back and secure another victory against Argentina as they continue their Rugby Championship campaign.
