Dana White Bets UFC Announcement on Nina Drama's Stream
1 Oct
Summary
- Dana White promised a fight announcement on Nina Drama's stream.
- The announcement is conditional on 25,000 comments on an Instagram video.
- Alex Pereira hints at a big challenge for his next fight.
Alex Pereira's next fight announcement is slated to occur on Nina Drama's Kick stream, according to UFC CEO Dana White. This unique reveal was promised if an Instagram video featuring Drama garnered 25,000 comments, a milestone already achieved.
Pereira himself has been hinting at significant news, posting about an upcoming "big challenge" on his social media. Initially, speculation suggested he desired a rematch for the heavyweight title against Ciryl Gane, but Gane is booked against Josh Hokit. Potential opponents like Alexander Volkov and Curtis Blaydes are unavailable or recently fought.
This leaves Sergei Pavlovich as a likely contender for Pereira. A bout between Pereira and Pavlovich would be a fitting matchup for the winner of the Gane vs. Hokit fight, setting the stage for future championship contention.
