Adam Simpson, a decorated former player and successful coach, is reportedly exploring a potential return to North Melbourne in a coaching capacity. Initially, Simpson had indicated a lack of serious consideration for the Kangaroos' top coaching job. However, recent reports suggest his stance has evolved, and he is now actively conducting due diligence on a return to Arden Street.
As a dual premiership player for North Melbourne and a premiership-winning coach with West Coast, Simpson's potential candidacy carries significant weight. His interest marks a notable shift in the club's coaching search, especially following the sacking of Alastair Clarkson. The decision on whether Simpson will formally pursue the role depends on his personal inclination and the club's strategic direction.
