Rodgers Slams Fauci, ESPN in McAfee Interview

Aaron Rodgers recently appeared on The Pat McAfee Show, making critical remarks about Dr. Anthony Fauci and ESPN. Rodgers referred to Fauci as a "coward" for pleading the Fifth during a Congressional hearing regarding his COVID-19 pandemic handling. He also criticized those who opposed his "immunized" status and the NFL's pandemic restrictions.

Rodgers further attacked ESPN, labeling it a "gutless organization." He accused the network of focusing on celebrity gossip, such as Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, instead of reporting on league scandals. The Pittsburgh Steelers, in response to inquiries, stated that their players are entitled to personal opinions on various topics, acknowledging a range of views within the team.

ESPN declined to comment on Rodgers' remarks. His extensive interview was posted on YouTube, though segments were notably absent from ESPN's official NFL account, which typically features clips from all guests. Rodgers expressed a desire to appear on McAfee's show more frequently, contrasting with his reduced appearances since joining the Steelers.
