The 2026 MLS All-Star Skills Challenge commences on Tuesday, featuring a dynamic new format where individual brilliance takes center stage. Esteemed players from Major League Soccer and Liga MX will vie for top honors across a series of engaging competitions.
This year, the challenge abandons its traditional team-versus-team structure for the initial four events, introducing individual winners. Participants will test their mettle in a shooting challenge, a precision passing contest, and the highly anticipated 'Goalie Wars,' a fan-favorite where keepers face off head-to-head.
The individual portion concludes with a nail-biting crossbar challenge. This electrifying night then culminates with an MLS versus Liga MX Relay Challenge, blending elements from all previous events into a thrilling team finale. The event will be broadcast on Apple TV.
