UFOs Linked to Paranormal Encounters, Scientist Reveals

A former director of a top-secret UFO investigation program has detailed the extraordinary paranormal experiences his colleagues reported. Dr. James Lacatski, who led the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) under the Defense Intelligence Agency, stated that witnesses often recalled inexplicable events after close encounters with unidentified objects.

The AAWSAP, initiated in 2008, delved into UFO sightings and associated paranormal phenomena, particularly focusing on incidents around Bigelow Ranch in Nevada. Investigators within the program claimed to encounter a range of unsettling experiences, including sightings of mysterious lights, shadowy figures, and even a bipedal, wolf-like creature. These incidents were so profound that they were termed 'hitchhiker events.'

Lacatski explained that the program also examined potential health impacts on witnesses, including psychological effects. Despite its initial intrigue, the AAWSAP's funding was eventually paused after approximately two years, leading to its eventual dissolution. Lacatski has since authored books shedding light on the program's findings and the unusual phenomena encountered.
