Mysterious Sphere Flies Over LA; UFO or Drone Debate Erupts

A live traffic helicopter broadcast over a Los Angeles freeway recently captured footage of a mysterious spherical object. The orb, appearing basketball-sized and dark, traveled in a straight line at a considerable speed above the busy highway. This bizarre sighting, viewed by millions after its release, has ignited widespread speculation online.

Online communities are divided, with some asserting the object is merely a foil balloon. However, many argue its unswerving path and lack of wobble defy typical balloon behavior. Others suggest it could be an advanced drone, referencing the rise of airborne delivery services. The debate intensifies as some compare it to unusual artifacts found elsewhere.

Adding context, California holds the distinction of being the state with the most reported UFO sightings. Enigma, a platform tracking such events, has logged over 5,240 first-hand accounts in the Golden State since 1901. Spherical objects are among the most commonly reported shapes.

This incident follows the recent release of Pentagon files detailing UFO sightings, including footage of silent, flashing orbs. These files comprise "unresolved cases" where definitive explanations remain elusive, according to the Department of War, which has pledged to pursue and share truths about these phenomena.
