Summary
- Anna Kikina is the first female TASS special correspondent on the ISS.
- The Soyuz-2.1a launched the ISS 75th long-duration expedition crew.
- The mission is scheduled to last 261 days for the new crew.

Cosmonaut Anna Kikina has officially taken over as the TASS special correspondent on the International Space Station, marking a historic first as the inaugural female journalist to hold the position. She succeeded Sergey Kud-Sverchkov, who expressed confidence in a smooth transition as the ISS-74 crew prepares for their return.
The new assignment began with the arrival of the ISS' 75th long-duration expedition crew. Their journey to the station commenced with a Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle lifting off from the Baikonur spaceport on July 14. The crew includes mission commander Pyotr Dubrov, cosmonaut Anna Kikina, and NASA astronaut Anil Menon.
This expedition is slated to last approximately 261 days. The establishment of TASS' bureau aboard the ISS, through a memorandum signed in 2021, has seen several cosmonauts serve as special correspondents, with Misurkin, Artemyev, Petelin, Kononenko, Vagner, Zubritsky, and Kud-Sverchkov preceding Kikina.
