Inventor Steven Cheng has created a groundbreaking mobile defense system that utilizes artificial intelligence and lasers to combat mosquitoes. Developed over four months, the system employs computer vision and deep learning to accurately identify and target the flying insects for elimination.

The laser is specifically tuned to neutralize mosquitoes while ensuring the safety of household items and people, which are also detected by the software. Additional features were incorporated into subsequent prototypes, including enhanced mobility for outdoor hunting and infrared vision capabilities, allowing the system to operate effectively even in complete darkness.
