Cat's Outrageous Meows Over Food Bowl Spark Online Frenzy

A Tuxedo cat named Arthur has become an internet sensation due to his dramatic reaction to his food bowl being filled with kibble rather than treats. The feline's mother captured his over-the-top, noisy meows, which she described as "outrageous" and indicative of his expectation for only treats.

The video quickly went viral, with viewers finding Arthur's unique vocalizations incredibly amusing. Many online commenters drew comparisons, likening his meows to "bubble meows" or even a "scuba dive."

Further comments suggested Arthur might need to "clear his throat," while one user humorously noted he "sounds like diarrhea." Arthur's owner revealed the grumpy cat is actually 16 and a half years old, prompting another commenter to call him a "sweet, grumpy old man."

Purina indicates that senior cats sometimes meow louder due to factors like hearing loss. Regardless of the reason for his vocal performance, Arthur's distinctive meows have undeniably brought joy and laughter to many.
