- Encourages women to embrace changes and "not care" about societal expectations

In November 2025, Melani Sanders, the founder of the popular "We Do Not Care" Club, is preparing to release her new book, "The Official We Do Not Care Club Handbook." The book, set to be published in early 2026 by Harvest, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers, is described as "part survival manual and part rallying cry" for women experiencing the various stages of menopause.
The book provides a list of things women should "Not Care About" during this transitional period, including wearing pajamas all day, cancelling plans, and even shaving their legs. Sanders, who has amassed over 2 million Instagram followers, aims to bring her community together and empower women to embrace the changes they are experiencing.
"This book is a love letter to my Sisters," Sanders says. "Together we are putting the world on notice that we are at capacity. We are now embracing this new version of ourselves and we fully understand that we aren't All There anymore and that's ok."
The book promises to be a "real, raw, ridiculous and a little unhinged at times," reflecting Sanders' signature sense of humor. With the release of this manifesto, Sanders hopes to continue her mission of normalizing the menopausal experience and encouraging women to prioritize self-care and self-acceptance.
