Vespa is celebrating its 80th anniversary with the exclusive Edizione Ottantesimo, a limited-edition scooter. Only 1,946 units will be manufactured, a nod to the year Vespa first entered production. This special model is based on the Vespa GTS 310.
The Edizione Ottantesimo boasts a unique raw steel-inspired finish, symbolizing the scooter's foundational material. It features contrasting green accents on the seat, wheel rims, and graphics, evoking early Vespa designs. A removable rear seat cowl gives it a single-seat appearance. Each scooter includes a numbered plaque and a special '80' graphic.
Equipped with modern amenities, the scooter features full LED lighting, a 5-inch TFT colour display, and Vespa's MIA smartphone connectivity. It also includes keyless ignition and dual-channel ABS. Buyers will receive a matching helmet and a hardcover book detailing Vespa's history. The scooter uses the GTS 310's 310cc engine, producing 25 hp.
