Rochelle Mindrum, 29, from Orlando, Florida, received a surprise proposal from her fiancé, Jak Keller, during a trip to Georgia. Although they had discussed engagement and ring preferences for months, Keller presented Mindrum with a blue diamond ring, which was unexpected as she had envisioned a colorless stone.
