Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson and former NFL player Andrew East are parents to three children: Drew Hazel, Jett James, and Barrett Madison. The couple, who married in 2016, faced a significant loss with a miscarriage in 2017, an experience they shared openly.
Their family grew with the arrival of their daughter, Drew Hazel, on October 29, 2019. Their son, Jett James, was born on July 19, 2021. The youngest, Barrett Madison, was born in December 2023.
Barrett's birth in December is particularly meaningful as it falls close to the birthday of Andrew's late father, who passed away in December 2022. This timing adds a layer of poignant remembrance to their growing family.
