Happy Doggo, an animal rescue founded in 2021, provides comfort and care for rescued street dogs. One such dog, Nina, a Pit Bull mix previously used for breeding, faced a serious health challenge with a large stomach mass. The rescue team prepared for the worst, fearing cancer, but surgery revealed the mass was benign.
Nina's recovery was celebrated with a special treat: a freshly prepared steak. This gourmet meal marked a significant milestone after her successful surgery and the positive test results. The sanctuary also offers a medical clinic and a retirement village for senior dogs, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to animal welfare.
